Restoring Hope

Because you partnered with us during the 3-Year Restoring Hope Campaign, we were able to revitalize many areas around the campus. Whether you made a single or ongoing donation, it made a difference.  At our annual Night of Vision & Mission, we presented the vision to upgrade our sanctuary for the purpose of increasing our capacity. As we have grown, it has become apparent that we need to expand the sanctuary to accommodate the growth.  Therefore, the most significant part of this project would see the current stage reduced in size to increase our seating capacity.  This project would also entail:

• Polishing and repairing the concrete that will be exposed after reducing the stage.  Cost: $4,000
• Stage carpeting and acoustics.  Cost: $3,000
• New drum cage (drums would be enclosed in the former baptistry space).  Cost:$1,200
• Two new video screens.  Cost: $2,500
• Lighting and electrical.  Cost: $2,500
• Expand tech booth (located in the back).  Cost $1,800
• New chairs (63 total).  Cost $4,000
• Contingency fund $2,000

Total cost for the project: $21,000

The cost breakdown is just an estimate of the materials only.  We propose to use all volunteers from the congregation to provide the labor. If you would like to be a part of this team, please let us know at the Next Steps booth
