Hope Coffee Ministries is hosting "Fields of Grace", a study on the book of Ruth, an in-depth look that God is present in the waiting and the ordinary, packed with grace and truth for every season of life. This ultimate love story between God and His people demonstrates answered prayer from poverty to provision, brokenness to beauty, reproach to redemption, famine to fullness and grief to grace. This study is at Hope Coffee from 9 am to 10:30 am starting May 1 - May 29, 2025, and is led by Janet Linden.
Hope Coffee Ministries is hosting “Seeing God When He Is Silent”, a study on the book of Esther. Where is God when we cannot seem to hear or see Him? This study will show us how to find God, help us see the ways God is working in our life even when He is seemingly silent, and give us confidence in God’s faithfulness to fulfill His plans and purposes. The Global Outreach Team will be cooking dinner at the D Street Homeless Shelter (Merced) on Monday, June 23rd, 5 pm – 7 pm. We will need cooks and people willing to donate home baked desserts and drinks. Calling all men! Join us for breakfast and a time of fellowship and learning as we dive into a series of teachings on what a biblical man looks like on Saturday, June 14th, at 8 am to 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall. Our society and churches are longing for men to step into their God-given roles and lead their families and be strong leaders in their communities, and churches. We will be exploring what this looks like for us today by examining what the Word of God says about it.
Middle school and high school students meet weekly on Sundays at The Hope in the Fellowship Hall from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. There will be a time of learning led James Kendall, Student Pastor. We are excited to host Hope Wellness & Fitness at The Hope. Exercise, Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Self-care are essential for our Temple (Body) in walking like Jesus. Mila Hoban-Munden leads our Wellness classes which take place every week from Monday through Thursday from 5 pm - 6 pm in the Hope Kids Room. Please bring a friend, your water bottle and towel. Youth Car Wash is this Saturday, May 17th, here at The Hope from 8 am – 2 pm. Donations only for the car wash. Hope Kids Camp 2025 will be held June 10 - 13 from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm. This year's theme, "Live It Out: Discover How to Love Like Jesus," is all about helping kids grow in God's love and learn to live it out every day.
